It adds two QD mounts to the left and right sides of the extended end plate, providing a total of three QD mounting points. The QD mounts are positioned rearward from the webbing of the primary hand to reduce interference during handling. An anti-rotation castle nut with a set screw is included to help prevent the castle nut from backing out during use. The component is finished in Black Hardcoat Anodized for corrosion resistance and durability.
