The Howa HS Precision is a purpose-built bolt-action rifle presented for precision shooting applications. It is offered with a fixed HS Precision gray/black stock and a steel receiver fitted with an aluminum bedding block that is CNC machined to the Howa 1500 action. The stock is hand-laminated with Kevlar, fiberglass and carbon fiber and finished by hand after injection with a dense polyurethane core. The receiver is drilled and tapped for optics and the rifle ships with a two-stage trigger and a three-position safety.
