The Talley 75X734 is a one-piece scope mount and ring combo designed for Howa 1500 and Howa Mini rifles. Made in America and CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminum, it provides a rigid, lightweight mounting platform for 30mm scope tubes. The extended black-anodized design removes the interface between separate rings and bases to reduce alignment issues and eliminates the need for lapping. Rings work for both short and long actions; extended mounts are recommended for long actions and this mount does not fit the Howa Superlite.
