Eligibility
You must be 21+ for handguns/handgun ammo, 18+ for long guns/long-gun ammo. You must not be prohibited from possessing firearms under federal or state law.
FFL transfers
All firearm sales are subject to ATF Form 4473 and NICS background check at your chosen FFL. Denied transfers return to Tetra Gun Shop; you receive a refund minus shipping both ways.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
